Required Documents:
- Original passport with the KTVB entry stamp obtained in Phu Quoc - mandatory, applications cannot proceed without it
- Passport-standard portrait photo
- Flight/ferry ticket from Phu Quoc to the mainland, plus a return ticket out of Vietnam
Process:
- The travel company submits the application at the Kien Giang Immigration Office (Phu Quoc) or the Immigration Department
- Must be done BEFORE leaving the island - it cannot be processed after flying to the mainland
- Processing time: 3-5 working days; urgent cases can contact us directly for priority handling
