Required Documents:
- Clear scanned copy of the passport bio-data page, valid for more than 6 months from the intended entry date
- Exact intended entry date and airport/checkpoint for visa stamping (the letter is only valid at the registered checkpoint)
Process:
- The travel company declares your details and digitally submits the application via the National Public Service Portal
- Processing time: 3-5 working days; urgent cases can be supported directly (extra fees usually apply, not 100% guaranteed)
- Once approved, we send you the stamped PDF approval letter to get your visa stamped at the airport or a Vietnamese Embassy/Consulate
- If stamping at the airport, you'll also need: visa stamping fee (cash), 2 photos (4x6), form NA1, and a Pre-arrival form (recommended to fill in advance)
